Boomer has significant hearing and vision limitations, but don’t let that fool you — this guy navigates life with his own kind of confidence and charm. He doesn’t need pity… he just needs someone who understands him. Because of his sensory challenges, a home without children is the best fit to help him feel safe and comfortable.
At heart, Boomer is a really cool, easygoing dude. He’s calm but still playful, a little shy at first, and incredibly affectionate once he trusts you. He enjoys being around people and does well with both men and women, and he gets along with most other dogs too.
Boomer is fully potty trained, crate trained, leash trained, and house trained — he already has the skills that make him an easy addition to the right home. He’s also a great car rider, happy to be your quiet companion wherever you go.
What Boomer is looking for is simple: a patient, understanding home that will let him settle in at his own pace and love him for exactly who he is. In return, you’ll get a loyal, gentle companion with a unique spirit and a whole lot of heart.
