Franklin had a rough start to life but that hasn’t stopped him from being a wonderful, faithful companion. Franklin is a Dachshund/Terrier mix who was found living on the streets as a stray and is quickly learning how great it is to live in a house! He can best be described as a mini Rhinoceros—full of personality and charm. Franklin is good with other dogs but is best suited for an adult-only home.
